Starting at level 1 suggested as your Ragezerker will need plenty of turns to stack the ATT+ buff up. Remember it is all about one shotting all 4 mobs with your party and THEN farm the gold, always prioritize killing the mobs without getting hit and then % gold multipliers. The only time i would find manual mode useful is bosses other than that there is no real reward to work towards if you are late game that will force you to manual mode. I like how the developer is trying to make the game more interesting and a bit strategic but i feel that this game is made to be played on auto mode.
